The Loyalty Card used by many customers

We adopted a loyalty card service early on for golf courses in Japan. Our Loyalty Card, whose users reached one million in 2005 and three million in 2014 and account for approximately one third of the golfers in Japan, is issued separately according to golf course brands, contributing to the enhancement of golf course brands.

Big data on customers who use the Loyalty Cards are utilized mainly to raise the ratio of repeat customers.
